By purchasing or using PROXDOSE™ Dosimetry Services, you agree to these Terms. Services are provided only under these Terms; conflicting terms are rejected.
Subscription includes use of dosimeters, processing, dose reports, and support. Additional services (e.g., emergency processing, replacements) may incur extra fees. Dosimeters remain the property of PROXDOSE™.
All charges are final, non-refundable, and billed in advance. Fees cover services, not ownership of dosimeters. Customers are responsible for taxes, shipping, and replacement fees.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds.
Payment is due in advance unless otherwise approved. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5%/month (or the maximum allowed by law). PROXDOSE™ may suspend services for nonpayment.
All dosimeters must be returned at the end of each wear period. Non-returned or damaged dosimeters not received within 90 days incur replacement fees.
Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind. PROXDOSE™ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
PROXDOSE™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the affected service period.
Customers agree to comply with applicable laws, including data privacy and export restrictions. Services may not be used for prohibited purposes.
